Leaning into the learning means embracing growth as a shared, ongoing process across both teaching and leadership. In my work with students, I create space for exploration, reflection, and application—encouraging them to engage deeply with content, take risks, and grow through authentic learning experiences. Equally, in my work with faculty, I approach learning as a collaborative endeavor, supporting educators in refining their practice, exploring innovative strategies, and responding to the evolving needs of their learners. By modeling curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement, I foster a culture where both students and faculty learn alongside one another, strengthening our collective capacity to lead and grow.
